We have experienced 5 years of tremendous support and we are indebted to all our sponsors, donors and golfers! We are again inviting you to take part in the 6th Annual Fr. Michael Smith Memorial Golf tournament on Saturday June 18, 2011. The event will again be played at the course of one of our great supporters, Granite Ridge Golf Club, in Milton, ON. The tournament will be a SHOTGUN START beginning at 1:30 PM SHARP with the teams competing for the “Lawrence Dlugosz Memorial Trophy”.
Last year we were able to raise $8,000.00 for Copernicus Lodge and $ 2,000.00 for The John Paul II Fund for Polish Orphans & Abandoned Children. The net proceeds from this year’s tournament will again benefit these two charities.

We encourage you to participate in this year’s tournament, either as a sponsor of a hole, an event sponsor, donor of a prize table item, or as a player. If you choose to be a sponsor, your company’s name will be published in a commemorative booklet to be displayed at each dinner table, plus other optional printed material. Please review the enclosed brochure which outlines pertinent advertising information.
The tournament is in memory of the late Fr. Michael Smith – a visionary priest at St. Stanislaus Kostka Parish, a builder/organizer of St. Casimir’s Parish, St. Stanislaus - St. Casimir’s Polish Parishes Credit Union Limited, as well as Queen of Apostles Renewal Centre and Copernicus Lodge Senior’s Home and Long-Term Care Facility.
