What personal data we collect and why we collect it

We collect personal identification information from users who voluntarily submit such information to us. We use a third party marketing automation & email marketing platform known as Mailchimp to collect data. We collect first names, last names, and e-mail addresses of users who opt-in to download our content and sign up for our mailing list. We do not collect any other personal data.  Users can refuse to supply such information to us.

We collect the aforementioned personal information for our mailing list. If a user signs up for our mailing list, the user will receive periodic emails that may include company news, relevant product/service information, etc. The user can unsubscribe from the mailing list by following the unsubscribe instructions at the end of every e-mail.

This site links to outside websites. These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website. Katika holds no responsibility or liability for the content on other websites.

Who we share your data with

We do not sell or rent any information that a user provides to us to any partner, cloud-based services, payment processors, and third party service providers. For users that sign up for our mailing list, we store the personal information they provide indefinitely.

What rights you have over your data

If you have signed up for our mailing list, you can request to receive and/or edit the personal data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you.

How we protect your data
